E. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Your identification and behavioural data may be communicated to other public incubators in the Brussels-Capital Region.
In addition, in order to optimize the quality and relevance of our services, we may use – for certain activities – partners specialized in their field (including coaching, training, communication, management of our website, activities on social media).
We carefully select all our data processors and ensure that they meet the same level of personal data protection requirements as we offer you (including if our processors are located outside the European Union). We keep an internal register in which all our data processors are listed. If necessary, we may provide you with information about our categories of processors. To this end, we impose personal data protection obligations on each of our subcontractors.
In any case, your data will never be sold.
F. IMAGE RIGHTS
As part of our activities, videos or photos (targeted or not) may be taken. Unless otherwise ordered by you, we consider that you consent to these shots and their publication on the websites of the public incubators of the Brussels-Capital Region and on their other means of communication.
G. SHELF LIFE
Your data is kept only for as long as necessary; that is:
- when you express interest in our services: your data will be deleted 3 years from 31 December following your lack of reaction to our messages.
- when we provide services: your data will be deleted no later than 10 years from 31 December following the end of our contractual relationship with the exception of your identification data that we will keep for the maintenance of an alumni network
H. UPDATING OF DATA
In order to update our database, we undertake to delete or rectify any data concerning you that turns out to be inaccurate.
I. DATA PROTECTION
We guarantee that all technical, organizational and human measures (firewalls, personal passwords, verification system, limited access to files, etc.) are taken to ensure the protection of your data (in particular against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, modification and destruction).
The storage method as well as the security and confidentiality measures of your data are specified in a register of processing activities that we develop and store internally.
In the event of a breach of your personal data, we undertake to notify the Data Protection Authority if justified, as soon as possible and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it.
However, it goes without saying that you remain solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login data (username, password, etc.).

J. YOUR RIGHTS
At any time and free of charge, you have the possibility to request:
- – access to your data and retrieve them in the form of a copy (easily usable and allowing data portability);
- the erasure of your data;

- that your data is not processed (opposition).
